The room was clean and had a comfortable king bed. A bit tight on space though, just the essentials. The bathroom was nice, good shower. Had a coffee machine which was handy for morning boost. My only issue was the pillows. they could definitely be upgraded. Overall, I slept well during my stay!

perfect base for exploring new york's iconic sights and parks
the hotel is just a few steps away from central park and the iconic trump tower, offering an ideal spot for leisurely strolls to some of the best city landmarks, making my weekend in nyc truly enjoyable, though it would be nice if they could improve the heating system as it left the room feeling a bit drafty at times.

The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The room size was impressive, especially by city standards, and provided a comfortable stay. However, we experienced delays with check-in and were initially frustrated with the breakfast options, which were not as robust as anticipated.

We had an awesome time staying with friends! The location was perfect, just a quick walk to Times Square and Central Park. The staff handling our baggage were super friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. I'd recommend hitting up a nearby diner for breakfast.
Check-in was a bit slow and the front desk was not very helpful with directions to local attractions, which added to our frustration after traveling all day.

We loved how central this hotel was. it made getting around so easy with the kids! The front desk staff was polite and helpful, which made our check-in a breeze and gave us more time to enjoy local attractions such as Central Park.
In my wife’s opinion, a hot breakfast would really enhance the family experience.

Family with children will enjoy it here
So, let me tell you about my stay. The staff were uncommonly friendly, especially this one guy Jay, from housekeeping. He checked in on us a couple of times to. Really felt genuine, not just the usual hotel smile. Plus, the room was spacious and comfortable, perfect after a long day out. We were on our feet non-stop, but that sleep was priceless.
It wasn’t exactly bargain-priced, but you know, it was acceptable for the quality.

Perfect location for sightseeing
We spent 3 nights here and loved the spot! Super close to Central Park, Times Square, and the metro. The staff, especially Serge, were super friendly and helpful. The room was small but cozy for a couple, though the bed kinda squeaked a bit. Breakfast was nice too, great coffee!

An unexpected hotel delight
I stumbled into the warm embrace of the lobby, greeted by friendly smiles. The complimentary breakfast felt like a treat from home, though a bit basic, it made my mornings brighter.
The long wait for my room was a disappointment after a tiring journey. I think it would have been better if they had the rooms ready on time.
